Defects

One-year warranty on all parts against defects

One-year warranty on motherboard repairs

One-year warranty on device repairs

One-year warranty on AGP Recertified devices against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

Excludes cracks, damage, or wear resulting from general use.
Returns

Wrong part was ordered and returned in same functional status: 60 days

No longer needed: 120 days
Limitations
AGParts reserves the right to deny credit upon receipt of returned items if:

The part is not an AGParts product.

The part was damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the customer.

The Proper packing guidelines were not followed as directed.
