Do you offer bulk pricing for schools or businesses?

Yes. We offer bulk and volume pricing for schools, districts, and business-to-business partners. Contact our Sales Team for customized pricing based on your quantity and specific needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, ACH and support Purchase Orders for qualified schools and organizations.

How long does shipping typically take?

We keep a large inventory in stock, so you aren’t stuck waiting. Most in-stock items ship the same day to help minimize device downtime. Your Order will arrive based on carrier transit times and your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping on all Orders over $100 that are shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders under $100, will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee. Additional shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

How do I know which parts I need for my Device?

If you know your Device model, you can search directly on our store site. If you’re unsure, our Sales Team will be happy to identify the correct parts for your Device model.

Are your parts compatible with other Device models?

We support a wide range of Chromebook and Window models, but parts are model-specific. When in doubt, reach out to our Sales Team. We’re happy to double-check compatibility before you place an order.

Do you sell Devices or only parts?

How long does it take to receive payment?

Payment timelines vary based on inspection and processing, but we aim to keep the process straightforward and timely. Once our experts test and grade all devices, you will receive a full report and payment within 45 days.
