Pricing & Typographical Errors

AGP reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, AGP may cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount.

 

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

AGP reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Require additional verification

Orders may be canceled due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.

 

Manufacturer Part Compatibility

AGP disclaims all liability for:

  • Manufacturer part incompatibility

  • Software locks imposed by manufacturers

  • Software or firmware updates that render parts incompatible or obsolete

AGP is not responsible for manufacturer actions beyond its control.

 

User Conduct & Use of Site

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Impersonation of AGP employees or representatives

  • Uploading malicious, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content

  • Commercial solicitation unrelated to AGP

AGP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

 

User-Generated Content

AGP does not actively monitor all user communications. However, AGP reserves the right to remove content it deems:

  • Abusive or offensive

  • Fraudulent or misleading

  • In violation of intellectual property rights

AGP acts as a passive conduit for user-generated content and assumes no liability for such content.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGP, AssetGenie, Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your account activity

Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitrationadministered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Arbitration shall take place in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania

  • The Federal Arbitration Act governs this clause

  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding

You are responsible for your arbitration costs unless otherwise required by law.

AGP360.com may contain links to third-party websites. AGP is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

 

Termination

AGP may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason. Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive.
